June 30 closed the second quarter for Siesta Key real estate sales. Our last Siesta Key market report was in April when we reported 231 active single family homes for sale. We don't report condo stats on this blog.
Current stats from the Sarasota MLS Report:
264 active single family homes on Siesta Key
16 homes are in escrow (pending or backups needed)
67 single family homes have sold year to date
Closed properties (solds) ranged in price from $252,000 to $8,000,000.
