At the end of March our stats from the Sarasota MLS Reported:
231 active single family homes on Siesta Key
13 homes are in escrow (pending or backups needed)
18 single family homes have sold year to date
Closed properties (solds) ranged in price from $395,000 to $3,900,000.
After just one month, check out the changes on Siesta Key's stats:
300 active single family homes listed on Siesta Key FL (up 69)
33 homes are pending or with backup contracts needed (up 22)
10 single family homes have sold since March 31, making the total sold year to date: 28
Prices of sold properties ranged from $370,000 to $5,150,000.
